However, if you are a first time home-buyer and meet the criteria stated immediately below, you may qualify for our assistance with the State of Florida HOP program down payment assistance and USDA sub-market FIXED rate financing. See the criteria below:

You must be employed.
There is no minimum income requirement, but your total household income cannot exceed the limits shown below.

You do not currently own a home.
You must be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the United States.
You must personally occupy the home once purchased.
