The Bank is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Banc Corporation, a financial holding company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. The Bank has 31 locations throughout Alabama and Florida, and serve our customers under the names The Bank and Emerald Coast Bank.

The stock of The Banc Corporation is publicly traded on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol TBNC.
