Mr. Goff Jerkins founded this business in 1946 when they hand molded drain pipe, and concrete roof tile. Doyle Taylor bought the Bonifay Store from Mr. Jerkins in 1976. He then bought the Chipley store from Mr. Jernigan in 1983. In 1995, Shay McCormick bought both the Bonifay and Chipley locations from Doyle Taylor. We have expanded to meet all your home improvement needs. Fifty years later, and a lot more experienced, we would like to take this opportunity to mention a few of the different areas we can help you with.

First and foremost, we offer our customers Redi Mix Concrete. On staff we have six Concrete Technicians that hold the highest certifications available, like the American Concrete Institute Field Testing Technician Grade I, and the State of Florida Department of Transportation Concrete Plant Operator certificates.

Jerkins, Incorporated also offers a full line of building materials to build your dreams from the ground up. We also have on staff a professional job materials estimator for all your plan estimating needs.

In our building materials division we offer all types of lumber, doors and windows, floor covering, wall covering, state of the art computerized color match paint system, a variety of roofing, sand and gravel, custom cut steel, plumbing and electrical products, wood and vinyl siding, fencing and a variety of tools and fasteners.
