The Smith Family

Founded in 1958 by Mr. J.B. “Block” Smith, Ajax Building Corporation has provided construction services throughout the Southeast for the past 44 years. The company is owned and operated by three generations of the Smith family, contributing over 90 years of combined construction expertise to the operation of the firm. Ajax maintains offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Central Florida, and Tampa while providing expertise in construction management, design-build, and program management.
